Before you begin
Can my partner use it with me?
Yes. Wedding Command Center is one shared account for the two of you. You log in with the same email and password and see the same plan, budget and guest list, whether you're on a phone or a laptop.
Is the $47 payment a subscription?
No. It's a single payment for lifetime access to this wedding workspace. There's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
We haven't set a date yet. Should we wait?
No need to wait. You can create your workspace without a date and start on the early tasks—priorities, budget and the first venue conversations. Once you add the date, the plan schedules itself around it.
Do I need to download an app?
No. It runs in your browser and is built for the phone, so you can check a task or add a vendor while you're standing in a venue.
Can I import our guest list?
Yes. You can add guests one at a time or import a CSV, with a template provided. Your file is read on your device to build the preview, and only the guests you confirm are saved.
Will you recommend vendors to us?
No, and that's deliberate. Nothing in your vendor list is rated, ranked or recommended, and no vendor can pay to appear in your planner. Everything there is what you recorded yourself.
What does the planning assistant have access to?
A summary of your plan only: your wedding date, broad location, task titles with their status and dates, and how many guests, vendors and documents you have. Names, contact details, note contents, document contents and dollar amounts are never sent, and budget totals only if you choose to include them. The assistant can't change anything, and conversations aren't saved.
When do I receive access?
Right after Stripe confirms your payment. Your workspace opens immediately—there's nothing to wait for by email.
Do you store my card information?
No. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Wedding Command Center never sees or stores your card details.
What if it isn't right for us?
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, including the email address on your account, and we'll refund it to your original payment method. Full details are in our refund policy.

It's a self-guided planning platform, not a substitute for a professional wedding planner, attorney, accountant or other licensed professional.
