Refund Policy

Wedding Command Center is a product and brand operated by BEV Marketing LLC. We want you to feel confident purchasing the service and understand your options if it is not the right fit.

Our 14-day refund policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original Wedding Command Center purchase.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 14-day period. Include the email address used to create your Wedding Command Center account and complete the purchase so we can locate and verify the transaction.

If the request is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear is determined by the payment processor and your financial institution.

When a refund may be declined

We may decline a refund request when:

  • The request is submitted more than 14 calendar days after purchase.
  • We cannot verify the account, purchase or identity of the purchaser.
  • The request is connected with suspected fraud, misuse or payment abuse.
  • The customer has engaged in repeated purchases and refund requests.
  • The account has materially violated our Terms of Use.
  • The purchase was completed through a third-party marketplace or seller whose separate refund rules apply.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Technical problems

If you experience a technical issue, contact us so we can investigate and help restore access or correct the problem.

Please provide the email address associated with your account and a brief explanation of the issue. Screenshots may be requested when they help us understand the problem, but you should not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers or other sensitive account credentials.

If we cannot provide the core purchased service after a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue, we will review the purchase and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds and account access

An approved refund ends the license associated with the refunded purchase. Access to the corresponding Wedding Command Center workspace may be suspended or terminated after the refund is processed.

Requesting a refund may place account access under review while we verify the purchase and refund request. Access is not granted or removed solely based on visiting a checkout confirmation or thank-you page; payment and refund status must be confirmed through our systems.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, contact us promptly. We will review the payment records and correct any verified billing error.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Filing a dispute may result in account access being suspended while the payment provider reviews the transaction.

This section does not limit any dispute rights available through your payment provider or under applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our services or legal requirements change. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase will generally govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
