Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of weddingcommandcenter.com and the Wedding Command Center application. Wedding Command Center is a product and brand operated by BEV Marketing LLC (“BEV Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing access or using Wedding Command Center, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase Wedding Command Center.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

License and permitted use

After payment has been successfully confirmed, BEV Marketing LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Wedding Command Center for the wedding associated with your purchase.

Your purchase permits access to one wedding workspace for personal wedding-planning purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the application, software, design, templates, written content or other intellectual property to you.

One-time purchase and access

The current Wedding Command Center offer is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will not be charged a recurring fee unless you separately and affirmatively purchase a future subscription or recurring service.

Access begins after our payment processor successfully confirms payment. A failed, reversed, disputed or fraudulent payment may delay, suspend or terminate access.

The one-time purchase provides ongoing access to the purchased wedding workspace while Wedding Command Center remains available and supported, subject to these Terms. We may improve, replace or modify features over time while seeking to preserve the essential value of the purchased service.

Current prices and offers may change in the future. A pricing change will not create a recurring charge for an existing one-time purchase.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise required by law, submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed or successfully disputed, access to the associated Wedding Command Center workspace may be suspended or terminated.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to Wedding Command Center. This may include wedding details, guest information, vendor information, budgets, timelines, notes and documents.

You grant BEV Marketing LLC and its service providers a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, back up and transmit your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that your submission and use of it do not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Guest and third-party information

Wedding Command Center may allow you to enter or upload information about guests, vendors, wedding-party members and other individuals. You are responsible for having an appropriate reason and any necessary permission to provide that information.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, financial account credentials, medical records or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for wedding planning.

Planning information disclaimer

Wedding Command Center provides organizational tools, planning resources and general educational information. It is not a wedding-planning agency, event coordinator, vendor, legal adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, insurance adviser or medical professional.

You remain responsible for wedding decisions, contracts, budgets, deadlines, payments, guest communications, vendor relationships and the accuracy of information entered into the service.

Information and suggestions provided through the application, including automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted features, are offered for general planning purposes and should be reviewed before you rely on or act upon them.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Access another person’s account or wedding without authorization.
  • Share, sell, transfer or sublicense your account or purchased access.
  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Upload malware, malicious code or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, authentication or security controls.
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the service or its content without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the service’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use bots, automated systems or excessive requests in a manner that burdens, damages or disrupts the service.
  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Intellectual property

Wedding Command Center, including its software, interface, branding, design, graphics, templates, text, workflows and original content, is owned by or licensed to BEV Marketing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal-use license granted in these Terms, no right, title or interest in Wedding Command Center is transferred to you.

Third-party services

Wedding Command Center may rely on or link to third-party services, including providers of payment processing, hosting, authentication, analytics and email delivery. We do not control every aspect of those services and are not responsible for their independent acts, policies or availability.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Maintenance, updates, technical problems, security concerns or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We may update, maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when practical.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, misuse, nonpayment or a material violation of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute provisions, will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDDING COMMAND CENTER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BEV MARKETING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet every planning need, produce a particular result, prevent missed deadlines or remain free from errors, interruptions or security risks.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEV MARKETING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO WEDDING COMMAND CENTER.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR WEDDING COMMAND CENTER DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BEV Marketing LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, violation of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights.

Electronic communications

You agree that account notices, purchase confirmations, service updates and other communications may be provided electronically, including by email or through the application. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address associated with your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and BEV Marketing LLC concerning Wedding Command Center.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, our business or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top indicates when the Terms were last updated. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application or email where appropriate.
